What pets can you do?
All of them! We create custom products featuring all animals or pets! 🐾
Can I have more than one pet on a product?
Yes and at NO EXTRA CHARGE! We do up to 3 pets normally, but if you have more, please reach out to us atsupport@apawfecttouch.comfor help!
How much does it cost to have more than one pet per product?
We DO NOT charge extra for multiple pets on our custom products! 🤯
Having a house full of pets throughout most of our lives, we understand that it can get expensive! We here at A Pawfect Touch do our best to help out, so we do not charge extra for multiple pets on our items!
Do I have to include my pet's name for custom products?
Nope! If you would like to omit your pet's name just input "NO NAME" and their name will not be included!
My pet is no longer with us and I have limited photos. What can I do?
We understand here at A Pawfect Touch losing a pet is never easy. You're losing an adored loved one.
Don't worry if the image quality of your submission isn’t ideal! We will always strive to always create something for you that you will love and can treasure forever!
What if my picture isn't perfect?
We understand taking the perfect picture is hard! We do accept the majority of image submissions sent and will always do our best to work with you!

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes we do! Each of our orders also include tracking so you can watch it every step of the way!
What can I do if I'm not satisfied with my order?
Since your order is entirely made just for you, we do not accept any returns/exchanges.

How long does it take for me to receive my order?
Our shipping times vary depending on the product! We do provide a delivery estimate including our average processing time on each of our items shown on the corresponding product page!
Our average processing time for orders is 1-3 business days.
